ORDINANCE NUMBER 07-01
An Ordinance amending existing waater and sewer rates for all customers of City of Cadiz, Kentucky.

Now therefore be it ordained, the Cadiz City Council sets forth the following water and sewer rates for City of Cadiz, Kentucky:

Section I. Amendment of Ordinance 05-06 enacted September 8, 2005 for water and sewer service.

Section II. New minimum monthly water rates for the first 2,000 gallons or less of water per month for water connection of all sizes.

Minimum Monthly Sewer Charges:

The minimum rate or charge for all sewer customers in the City limits of the sewer system shall be $12.00. The minimum rate or charge for all sewer residential customers outside of the city shall be $15.00. The minimum rate or charge for all sewer commercial customers outside of the city shall be $26.00.

Section III. Water and sewer rates based on water usage:

In addition to the minimum rates set out above the rates of customers of the Waterworks and Sewer System shall be based on the water consumption of such customer, as follows:
