Cadiz, Kentucky — Development work commenced last week on a 15-acre, pad-ready site at the I-24 Business Park in Cadiz, Kentucky.  Located less than one mile from Interstate 24 at Exit 65, the 15-acre pad-ready site is only 90 minutes from the Nashville International Airport.

The development work was made possible through funding from the Cadiz-Trigg County EDC and through the TVA InvestPrep Program. The pad-ready status will allow local and state economic development groups to market the property as build-ready

Earthwork for this site pad will allow for the eventual construction of a building on the 15-acre tract. The building could have a minimum size of 50,000 square feet, expandable to 150,000 square feet. The tract will be graded to include the area of the proposed building and any proposed expansion.
